Out-of-State & International Wellness Coaching
If you live outside of Washington State, Vermont, or the United States, I offer remote wellness coaching for individuals seeking naturopathic, integrative, or lifestyle-based guidance. These consultations focus on general wellness, nutritional optimization, and natural strategies for maintaining long-term health and to support those with complex chroinc illness using naturopathic principles, herbs, and nutraceutical solutions.
Please note: Wellness coaching does not include medical diagnosis or prescription management and is not a substitute for individualized medical care in your home state or country.
These sessions can include support with:
Cannabis education and therapeutic use
Immune, gastrointestinal and nervous system optimization
Targeted supplement and botanical protocols
Nutrition and lifestyle strategies
Adjunctive care for previously diagnosed conditions
Botanical, functional or other support for vector-borne illnesses such as Lyme disease and co-infections
My role is to offer evidence-informed wellness recommendations and advice tailored to your specific needs, in collaboration with your current medical team. You’ll need to maintain care with your licensed providers for diagnostic and prescription-based services.

Health Coaching Rates
New Client (90 minutes) — $350
Follow-Up (60 minutes) — $250
Follow-Up (30 minutes) — $150
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will be charged once your appointment is confirmed.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, will incur a $100 late cancellation/no-show fee, which will be deducted from the total.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
