Care in Washington vs. Vermont

Treatment Approach

Care with me is individualized and collaborative. I meet patients where they are and take a data-driven, patient-centered approach to care. Treatment recommendations are based on a full picture of your health, including lab results, personal and family history, genetics, environment, and your comfort level with different options.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive intake and typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes. Follow-up visits are often longer than standard medical appointments. Many patients are seen weekly or every two weeks early in care, particularly when we’re addressing complex or active issues. As things stabilize, visit frequency is adjusted based on your needs and goals.

I draw from a wide, integrative toolkit, including:

  • Functional and conventional lab testing

  • Lifestyle and nutrition planning

  • Botanical and nutraceutical therapies

  • Environmental and detox support

  • Medications when appropriate

  • Hormone optimization

  • Mind-body and nervous system strategies

Your care plan is tailored to your physiology, history, preferences, and goals.

Membership-Based Care

I use a membership-based, insurance-supported model. This lets me take insurance for medical visits while still offering the level of communication, access, and support that complex or chronic conditions often require. It also allows me to keep a smaller patient panel so I can give each person the time and attention they deserve. Patients seeing me for Sublingual immunotherapy ONLY are exempt from membership.
