With over 25 years of experience as a medical cannabis care provider in Washington State, I help patients navigate the often confusing world of cannabis medicine with safety, education, and precision.

I began my work in cannabis medicine by co-founding one of the first medical cooperatives in Washington to provide CBD-rich formulations to state medical patients. I am also a co-founder of Puffin Farm, a regenerative, Sun+Earth Certified cannabis company producing sustainable, pesticide-free products since 2014.

Having been involved since the early days of Washington’s medicinal and adult-use cannabis industry, I have studied thousands of cannabis constituent profiles, including cannabinoids and terpenes, giving me a comprehensive understanding of their therapeutic properties.

Cannabis products include a broad range of compounds such as THC, CBD, CBG, CBN, THCV, and diverse terpene blends, offered in many formulations and delivery methods. The sheer number of choices can feel overwhelming, and marketing claims often make it difficult to identify high-quality, effective options.
